Transfers, Deferrals & Refunds
Yes, for a $10 transfer fee, up until 26 February 2027 at 12:00pm. Manage this yourself through your Race Roster account.
Yes. Moving to a longer distance costs the price difference plus a $10 fee; moving to a shorter distance is a flat $10 fee (no refund of the difference). Both close 26 February 2027 at 12:00pm.
No — all transfers and distance changes must be completed by 26 February 2027, 12:00pm. None are possible on the day itself.
No, deferrals aren't available for Vineyards Twilight.

Race Day
The Half Marathon starts at 5:45pm; the 10km and 5km both start at 6:00pm, Saturday 27 February 2027.
Bib collection runs from 2:00pm until 30 minutes prior to your race, at Brown Brothers, Milawa.
All distances finish at Brown Brothers. The Half Marathon and 5km also start at Brown Brothers; the 10km starts at Sam Miranda, with a bus provided — see the Races page for full course details.

A mix of grass, trail and sealed road, generally flat, threading through vineyard rows and country lanes.
Getting There & Parking
Brown Brothers Winery, Milawa VIC, in Victoria's King Valley.
Yes, on-site parking is available at Brown Brothers for race entrants.
Yes — departs 12:00pm from Darebin and Glen Waverley, returns 9:15pm, $50 per person return. Book a seat here.
Yes — departs Albury 3:00pm with a stop in Wangaratta around 3:45pm, arriving Milawa approximately 4:05–4:10pm. Returns 9:15pm, same booking link as the Melbourne bus. See Getting There.

The Festival
From 2pm, the Brown Brothers Cellar Door opens for the Vineyards Twilight festival — food, live music, and a finish-line party among the vines, running until 9:00pm.
Yes — the festival is free of charge for anyone to attend, so family and friends are welcome to come along and celebrate even if they're not racing.
Volunteering
Join the VTeam — aid station and course marshal volunteers earn race credits, merch and status. Sign up here.
